With proper measures, coloured contact lenses can not only be worn but also enjoyed, and they are safe too. It is mandatory that you go through all the instructions very carefully before you put on your lenses.
1. Thoroughly Wash and Dry Your Hands: The first step is to make sure your hands are clean and dry before you even approach contact lenses.2. Verify that the lens is a bowl and smooth by placing it on the tip of your index finger (you can refer to the diagram included in the packaging for better clarity).3. With the help of your other hand, gently open your upper eyelid, and then with your middle finger, pull down your lower eyelid.4. Using a mirror, look and then slowly touch the lens to your eye.5. Now you can let your eyelids go and blink some times.6. In any case, softly massage the eyelid where the lens is to help it move to the centre.7. Do the same for the other eye.
