Return & Exchange Policy

Cancellation
The company owns the right to cancel any customer’s order due to unavailability of stock. In that case, the customer will get a return of his payments.

Returns
A return of the product will be entertained if the product is faulty.

Other than that, the customer may return it for different reasons like “it is not the same as it was shown.

Change of mind” is an unacceptable reason for return.

The product should be in its original condition for the return.

Written notification for return is necessary within five days of delivery. This needs to be sent at (support@halloweencontactlenses.com.au).

Till the goods are returned, the customer is bound to take care of them and not use them anyhow. Returning in original condition is a must.

We also entertain a return if the customer posts the goods directly at our address.
The Halloween Contact Lenses will be responsible for the refund when you notice that you wish to return the goods. A refund will then be in process and will take up to a maximum of 60 days.

For products purchased with vouchers and offers, the company reserves the right of refunds as per the prevailing policy.

A 20% Admin & Restocking fee and Delivery cost of the product will be deducted from the total amount of refund.

Customer needs to pay for the return of the product in it's original condition.

Faulty Products
Halloween Contact Lenses warrants that the product will be delivered without any damage.

It will also confirm with the features and specifications published with the product on the website at the time of the order.

Reasonable differences of colour, weight, and specifications may occur.
The use of the product should be strictly in conformity with the brand’s instructions.
Halloween Contact Lenses highly ensures that the product is delivered to you in excellent condition. However, if it is not so, we request you to keep it in the state you have received for our inspection.

To save time for both of us, we may ask you specific information that proves that the product is faulty, in that case, cooperate with us and provide the required information. This will help us to offer you a quick remedy.

If you would like that Halloween Contact Lenses replaces, or gives you a refund as per the contract, it will only be processed if some conditions are met. They include that the product should not be subject to any misuse, abuse, an act of neglect, improper handling, any accident during an attempt to, impairment as normal wear and tear, or the use against the directions told.

In that case, the company may not process a replacement, or refund, and the customer will be liable for full payment with all the transportation costs.

Halloween Contact Lenses does not hold itself liable for any such losses and damages subject to any of the conditions discussed above.
