Halloween 2026 delivery:
We can no longer guarantee delivery before Halloween. Express takes 1 to 3 business days after dispatch, regional areas may take longer.
We use Australia Post as our delivery partner and dispatch from our Melbourne warehouse.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Click and Collect (Melbourne, VIC only)
Click and Collect is for Melbourne, Victoria only. Choose it at checkout and we will message you when your order is ready, usually within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Then WhatsApp us on 0424 957 752 to arrange a pickup time from Burnside Heights. Pickup is by arranged time only. Outside Melbourne? Please choose a shipping option instead.
Parcel late or missing?
Email support@halloweencontactlenses.com.au with your order number and we will check it with Australia Post for you.
Delivery addresses:
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If a parcel is lost or returned because the address provided was incorrect, we may need to charge for redelivery. We ship within Australia only.
Shipping methods:
Delivery times are counted from dispatch.
Regional areas may take longer. Express Post time frames cannot be guaranteed to roadside addresses or offshore islands.
Saturday delivery is only available if you order your item before 2pm on Thursday to an address within Victoria using Express Post. This service will not operate on scheduled public holidays.
