We Guarantee that your Lenses will be Delivered before Halloween
We use Australia Post as our delivery partners. We offer free
standard shipping. Most of our contact lens orders will be dispatched on
same business day if ordered before 1:00 pm. Standard delivery should arrive within 3-6 business days after dispatch, and Express delivery should arrive within 1-3 business days after dispatch.
Dispatch
Orders placed before 1pm Melbourne time on a business day are dispatched the same day from our Melbourne warehouse. Orders placed after 1pm, or on weekends and public holidays, are dispatched the next business day.
Delivery times are counted from dispatch and regional areas may vary. Express Post time frames cannot be guaranteed to roadside addresses or offshore islands.
Click and Collect
Same day Click and Collect is available from our Melbourne location. Select it at checkout and we will email you when your order is ready.
Missing or lost package:
We are sorry if your package got missing or lost. But it is the case, only if you provide the wrong shipping address. And we’re not accountable for such a lost package.
Shipping is not available on public holidays. If you have placed an order the day before a public holiday, your shipment will transfer to the next working day after that holiday.
If you have mentioned the wrong shipping address, the company is not responsible. You’ll have to pay for both the current delivery and the re-delivery.

Shipping methods:
Delivery time will be applicable after 1 day of order.
Saturday delivery is only available if you order your item before 2pm on Thursday to an address within Victoria using Express Post. This service will not operate on scheduled public holidays. If the public holiday falls on a Friday or Saturday, the next day of delivery (for Express Post items posted before closing time on the business day before the public holiday) will be the next business day after the public holiday.
Express Post duration stated above cannot be guaranteed to roadside addresses or offshore islands.
